The central content, such as service descriptions, is created jointly by a large editorial pool of the municipalities of Lower Saxony and the Lower Saxony state authorities. Regionalised information, such as contact persons, authority addresses and fee statutes are added by the relevant local authorities. The content is also compiled dynamically from various data sources. Content is also fed in via the federal and state portal network and obtained as raw data via the Federal Information Management service module (www.fimportal.de).

The editorial revision of the central service descriptions is carried out by IT.Niedersachsen.(www.it.niedersachsen.de)
